Howler cannot use weapons. But she can equip/have weapons. In the past, this has led to a thread about a peculiar interaction between her and Talbot's chainsaw. Howdy, It seems unlikely that this has not been asked before, but my Google- Fu is insufficient to tracking it down. Can you use Anarch Convert to make a (non-titled) vampire who is already an anarch anarch? I don't see any reason you can't, and we've been playing it as if you can, but it seemed worth asking.
